Delivery - personalised frames

Because ours is a beskoke service, design and artwork needs your approval, this happens via email. Please allow 12-14 working days (not including Saturdays) from your initial order date to receiving your personalised word art gift.

Orders will be posted out within 3 business days from the date you approve artwork and you will receive an email to say your package has been sent.

Delivery - Non personalised frames

Please allow 7-10 days for placing your order to delivery of your word art gift.

EXPRESS DESIGN AND DELIVERY SERVICE

Talk to us if you have a very tight deadline for delivery. Simply contact us via email beforehand and we will let you know if we can put your order through quicker.

We ship worldwide. International prices vary. Our framed word art are posted with UPS. The price is calculated based on weight of your items and destination country. For further information on this please contact us via our email address: enquiry@shinewithwords.co.uk

UPS service is tracked all the way, much faster and signed for. It normally takes from 2-5 days to arrive anywhere in the world. Prices start from £10.00.

Dispatch times

You can see on each product page an estimated time for how long it’ll take for us to make it and get it ready for posting. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
