How the Process Works

Please allow 12-14 days from your initial order to delivery of your frame.

When we receive your order, design work begins and your personalised artwork is created. The design layout (proof) will be emailed back to you within 3-4 days, please look out for this email, also check it hasn’t been placed in your junk folder! On receipt of your proof you may have minor amendments to make, please check your proof thoroughly making sure you are happy and that all words provided by you are correctly spelt. We do not take responsiblility for words incorrectly spelt we will print exactly what is supplied to us. If you have made an error we are happy to make one set of corrections on your instruction at the proofing stage and will need you to approve the artwork before we go to print.

* It is important that you email us back with your approval at this point, once we have received your email of approval and payment has been made we can proceed with the artwork and framing of your word art frame ready to be delivered to you, if we do not hear back from you promptly it may affect the time frame for delivery. *

Please note that any requests to alter your design proof may take a further 3 working days.

This depends on the amount of work involved.

Colour change to background (chosen from our swatch samples)

Minor word changes, spelling alterations are acceptable on the proof. We ask that you check all spelling thoroughly because sometimes you give us words that relate to something personal and we will write exactly what you supply. We understand that after you have placed your order you might realise that you have missed out a word, we are happy to make minor alterations at the proof stage.

Additional Cost - Significant design changes

The following change requests are likely to incur a £10 charge as these would constitute a full re-design:
